This entertaining course will introduce the native fish
species which Seasearch volunteers may encounter in their dives around
the UK and keys to their identification. Their
biology, lifecycle and lifestyles will
also be covered, a great aid to the location and recognition of typical
UK species. The workshop mixes theory and practical sessions,
interspersing presentations with observation of the aquarium's native
display tanks.
Cost:
£35 each including
course materials and tea/coffee - food is available on site and can be
ordered during the morning
